Planner articles
Auto-filled topics in your content planner—how Grenseo suggests titles, slugs, and dates from your project and plan.
Grenseo’s content planner is built around planner items: each row has a title, URL slug, optional description, and a target publish date. When content is generated, that draft is linked to the same planner item.
Planner articles (also called auto planner items) are the topics created for you by Grenseo—not the rows you add manually. For topics you add yourself, see Custom articles.
Planner item, then article

One planner item can lead to one generated article. The planner is where you organize what to publish and when; the article is the finished draft or published post.
How auto planner items work
Auto items are created for you by Grenseo from your project context (keywords, topics, and your plan). They are pre-filled with titles, descriptions, and slugs, and they are spread across upcoming dates according to your subscription so you always have a forward-looking calendar.
Characteristics:
- Suggested for you — You do not create the initial topic row yourself; the system fills your planner up to your plan’s capacity.
- Cadence by plan — How many items you can have and how often they are spaced (for example, more frequent publishing on higher tiers) follows your plan configuration.
- Scheduling window — New auto items are typically scheduled across roughly the next 30 days (UTC) from when they are created, so dates stay near-term and actionable.
In the product data, these rows are stored with source auto. They are the default way Grenseo keeps your pipeline full.
Pricing and “articles”
In marketing or plan tables, articles often means generated, full posts you can produce in Grenseo (for example, a free trial with a small number of complete articles), or broadly how much publishing your plan supports. That usage covers generating content from planner items, including auto-suggested topics.

- Schedule by dragging items on the calendar when you want to change publish dates; the planner keeps one item per day where that rule applies.
