Grenseogrenseo

Project settings

Per-project context in Grenseo—business profile, audiences, keywords, voice, USPs, and competitors—that powers suggestions and generated content.

Project settings apply to the currently selected site in Grenseo (your project). They are not account-wide: switch projects in the sidebar to configure another site.

In the app, open Settings in the main navigation; you land on Business and can move between sections from the header tabs.

Business

The Business tab groups the foundation Grenseo uses to understand who you are and how you publish.

AreaPurpose
IndustryThe sector or market you operate in (free text). Helps steer topics and tone.
LanguagesLanguages your content should be created in. Add one or more from the picker; remove any you no longer need.
Brand descriptionA longer description of your brand or business. This feeds context for planning and generation.

Your project’s domain is set when the project is created and identifies the site; detailed domain editing lives in product flows outside this tab.

Target audiences

Add target audience segments (short labels or phrases) so content can stay relevant to who you serve. The app suggests filling up to seven audiences for a complete profile; you can add and remove entries anytime.

Keywords

Keywords are terms you care about for SEO and positioning. Add as many as you like; they guide content and SEO suggestions. When available, the UI can show difficulty and search volume hints per keyword to help you prioritize.

Voice

Brand voice & personality is free-form guidance: tone, style, words to use or avoid, and how you want to sound. Saving requires non-empty text—clear the field only by replacing it with new copy in the editor flow.

Unique selling points

USPs are short statements about what makes you different (for example faster delivery, a specific technology, or support model). They shape messaging and content so drafts reflect your positioning.

Competitors

Add competitor domains or URLs (the app normalizes them to hostnames). Competitors help discover SEO keywords they rank for; larger, more relevant competitors tend to yield richer insight. Up to seven competitors are suggested for a strong setup.

The Internal links tab controls which pages Grenseo is allowed to link to when generating content.

  • Internal links available: pages from your site crawl (and any URLs you add manually) that Grenseo can use as internal link targets.
  • Add a URL: paste a URL from your site (for example https://example.com/about) and click Add. If the link already exists, Grenseo refreshes its metadata.
  • Remove a target: remove any target you don’t want the writer to use for internal linking.

Internal linking is best-effort: Grenseo will try to add a small number of links without making content feel spammy.

Mode (pilot modes)

The Mode tab controls how automated Grenseo should be for this project.

ModeWhat it does
Semi-pilotYou choose the ideas and topics. Grenseo generates the content. You decide what gets published.
AutopilotGrenseo chooses ideas and topics, generates the content automatically, and can optionally publish on a schedule.

Autopilot is a paid feature and is locked on free plans.
